About the Role

We are seeking a full-time trainee in climate protection to join our dynamic corporate group in Reinbek, Schleswig-Holstein. This program is designed to provide you with practical exposure and prepare you for potential permanent employment afterward.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-month rotational training across up to four different operational business units and group companies.
• Gain insight into organizational, technical, and legal aspects relevant to the field.
• Collaborate on various environmental-economic projects within a motivated and dedicated team.
• Receive a comprehensive, structured onboarding tailored to your individual needs.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training in a technical, artisan, or commercial field.
• Additional qualifications such as a state-certified technician or studies in environmental or process engineering are advantageous.
• Maintain groundedness while demonstrating openness and credibility.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Seeking a hands-on entry into an innovative and future-oriented industry.
