Job description
About the Role
The position focuses on managing all GeM (Government e-Marketplace) related tender activities for Ashvi Irrigation. Responsibilities include finding suitable bids, analyzing tenders, preparing documents, and coordinating bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant GeM bids daily and assess opportunities.
- Review tender eligibility, specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and tender conditions such as ATC/STC.
- Gather, verify, and prepare all necessary documentation for bid submissions.
- Ensure timely and accurate bid submission in compliance with deadlines.
- Collaborate with estimation and management teams to finalize pricing.
- Engage in GeM reverse auctions according to the established pricing strategy.
- Track bids through technical evaluations, financial openings, and status updates such as L1.
- Manage and respond promptly to any queries or clarifications required by GeM authorities.
- Oversee order processing stages including delivery, installation, acceptance, and completion.
- Monitor payment processes including PRC/CRAC approvals, invoice submissions, and payment follow-ups.
- Keep the Ashvi Irrigation product and service catalog updated on GeM platform.
- Maintain daily and weekly reports related to bids, outcomes, orders, and pending actions.
