Job description
Job Overview
The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying and tracking tenders from government bodies, public sector units, private companies, and the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) relevant to the organization's line of business. This role involves downloading and meticulously reviewing tender documents to assess eligibility criteria, technical requirements, and commercial conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive technical bid documents and commercial proposals, including compliance statements and declarations.
- Collaborate with management to determine pricing strategies, cost estimations, and profit margins essential for tender submissions.
- Calculate costs related to manpower, consumables, machinery, statutory obligations, overhead charges, and service fees.
- Manage and maintain tender-related management information systems (MIS), bid trackers, vendor resignations, and contract documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of bids through GeM, Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), and various e-procurement platforms within defined deadlines.
Additional Information
The successful candidate will need to monitor multiple tender opportunities continuously and ensure adherence to compliance standards. A keen eye for detail and strong coordination skills are essential to manage various aspects of the tendering process effectively.
Employment Terms
This position offers a monthly salary ranging between 25,000 to 30,000 INR.
