You will be a frontline representative, ensuring customer satisfaction while strictly following banking protocols.

Primary Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers courteously and professionally.
• Execute banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments efficiently.
• Reconcile cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records.
• Introduce and promote the bank's products and services to customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Comply stringently with all bank policies to maintain security and regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with branch colleagues to meet collective targets and goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of high school diploma or an equivalent certification.
• Prior customer service or cash handling experience is advantageous.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with banking products and service offerings.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in work.
