We are looking for a dynamic and goal-focused Overseas Recruitment Telecaller to join our recruitment team at M/S Taki International Private Limited, located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves actively reaching out to potential and current candidates, effectively communicating overseas employment opportunities, and ensuring a streamlined recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to both potential and existing candidates.
• Clearly present the company’s overseas job offerings and services.
• Track and update candidate information in the CRM database regularly.
• Prepare daily call logs and sales performance reports.
• Identify suitable job matches by understanding candidate profiles.
• Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups to keep candidates engaged throughout recruitment.
• Convert interested candidates into successful hires by addressing inquiries and guiding them through all recruitment stages.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment and documentation teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Reach daily, weekly, and monthly goals related to calls and candidate conversions.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with candidates by offering professional assistance and prompt updates.
