Job Overview
Join Radheshyam Laminates and Decors as a Telesales Executive based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves proactive engagement with current and prospective customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to both existing and potential clients to boost sales opportunities.
- Provide detailed explanations regarding products, pricing structures, promotions, and availability.
- Conduct timely follow-up communications via phone and WhatsApp with interested customers.
- Keep accurate daily records of calls, customer feedback, and planned follow-up dates.
- Coordinate quotations and collaborate efficiently with sales and dispatch departments.
- Strive to meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while managing basic inquiry resolutions.
Candidate Profile
- Possess between 1 to 1.5 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales environments.
- Exhibit strong communication skills with persuasive abilities.
- Have foundational knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp for customer engagement and follow-up management.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is required; familiarity with Kannada is advantageous.
- Demonstrate confidence, responsibility, and a results-driven attitude.
- Residents near Peenya or adjacent localities will be preferred.

- The position includes a probation period lasting three months.
