Job Overview
We invite motivated individuals to join our dynamic sales team as a Telesales Executive. This position involves engaging potential and current customers to promote our products, close sales deals, and foster lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with customers through phone calls, emails, or messages to present and promote product offerings.
- Clearly communicate product details and pricing to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Manage order processing and ensure timely follow-up, maintaining updated records within the customer relationship management system.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and care.
- Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding both personal and team sales objectives.
