Study Master is hiring a Telecaller for its Chandigarh office at SCO-78-79, Sector 17C, Chandigarh, 170016. The role focuses on connecting with prospective students, explaining study abroad offerings, and supporting lead conversion through regular follow-ups and appointment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
• Present Study Master’s study abroad services and the programs available.
• Listen to student needs and respond to basic questions clearly.
• Arrange appointments between students and the visa counselling team.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with interested leads and keep communication ongoing.
• Record call outcomes and update lead progress in the CRM.
• Meet the assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
