Key Responsibilities

Offer tailored solutions addressing user needs and technical challenges.

Quickly diagnose and resolve technical glitches with patience.
Work alongside administrators to guarantee smooth technical operations.
Conduct remote demonstrations and deliver training sessions on app features and usage to end users.
Continuously update knowledge on industry advancements and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

Between one to three years of relevant experience in technical support roles.
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve user problems efficiently.
Capability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Strong technical insight coupled with solid decision-making abilities.
Skillful in conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with web applications and Android device operations.
Experience utilizing remote assistance tools.
