Job Overview

We are looking to recruit a skilled engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in finishing works, interior decorations, and site execution oversight. The role demands advanced proficiency in engineering and architectural drawing software to ensure projects meet exacting standards in quality and detail.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
• Between 2 and 5 years of practical experience in finishing, interior decoration, and site supervision.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Arabian building regulations and construction methodologies.
• Outstanding technical and design skills related to finishing and interior aesthetics.
• Expertise in architectural software applications.
• Strong capabilities in managing projects and supervising sites effectively.
• High attention to detail, ensuring delivery of superior-quality work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with diverse project stakeholders.
• Ability to operate efficiently under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
