Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and conduct quality checks on a broad variety of dealing transactions using internal systems while meeting regulatory and client standards.
  • Contribute recommendations to improve processes for better operational efficiency.
  • Provide daily guidance and support to junior team members and assist the Team Leader in workload management and effective resource deployment.
  • Create, document, and share new procedures and controls as necessary.
  • Perform complex tasks with significant financial, client, or business implications.
  • Engage directly with committees and senior management when required.
  • Function as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior colleagues.
  • Possibly oversee daily operations and supervise junior staff without a formal management title.
  • Maintain deep technical knowledge in specific areas and broader understanding of other functions.
  • Produce work outputs that require minimal corrections.
  • Effectively facilitate discussions and decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong functional and industry-specific knowledge.
  • Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team with minimal supervision.
  • High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • College or university degree and/or relevant professional experience.
