Role Summary

This position provides administrative and operational support to Project Managers, helping ensure that application systems and project operations run smoothly and are monitored effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for Project Managers for managing augmented resources and interns, including requisitions, timesheet follow-up, reflection reports, leave requests, and related administration.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and offboarding of project team members, including security clearance steps and checklist completion.
  • Assist with project administration tasks such as financial tracking and renewal tracking for augmented resources.
  • Maintain project and operations documentation, tracking records, and pre-audit preparation materials.
  • Monitor account and vulnerability compliance, track incidents, and compile operational statistics, server usage, and performance metrics for weekly operations meetings in line with key risk indicators.
