Role Overview
This position, known as Team Member Plus, embodies the value of "Getting Stuck In." The role involves supporting various teams across the resort to ensure an outstanding guest experience by engaging in multiple departments rather than specializing in just one.
Responsibilities
Your weekly schedule varies: on Mondays and Fridays, you will clean guest accommodations. On the other days, you may work in diverse departments including sports & activities, restaurant and quick-serve food outlets, buffets, bars, shops, or the fairground. Occasionally, you might cover more than one area within a workday.
Development Opportunities
We offer apprenticeships relevant to this role, such as Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2 and Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeships. These training opportunities will be discussed during the recruitment process for interested candidates.

Additional Skills and Qualifications
If you possess any of the following certifications, we encourage you to apply: FA Level 1 Football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes training, or NCPLH personal licence qualification.
Employment Details
- This is a full-time position.
- Work hours are between 30 to 35 hours weekly, spread over five days within a seven-day week.
- Evening and weekend shifts are included.
- Live-in accommodations are provided for those relocating.
- Applicants must be over 18 years of age.
