Team Member - Analyst

Overview

This role exists within the Finance & Planning function of Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Ltd, located in Thane, Mumbai. Reporting to the Team Incharge - Analytics, the Team Member - Analyst contributes towards fulfilling analytics requirements by delivering management reporting packs on time and improving the efficiency of analytical programs.

Job Purpose

The position focuses on supporting the analytics team in delivering timely reports for shareholders and senior management. Additionally, it involves validating statistical models and enhancing the implementation and impact of the company's analytics initiatives.

Role Scope & Key Responsibilities

• Integrate data from diverse systems (CRM, DRM, EDM, SAP, Core system, App) to establish unified databases encompassing company, customer, and distributor information.
• Automate over 200 shareholder reports ensuring consistent and timely publication.
• Maintain and build Business Intelligence and data warehousing frameworks that align with the organization's information needs.
• Guarantee completeness and accuracy of data across 10-12 transactional and digital applications to support marketing, sales, risk assessment, and analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, digital, marketing, and other stakeholders to facilitate actionable analytics and infrastructure development.
• Validate statistical models and improve analytics effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop data marts and models aimed at revenue growth, cost control, enhanced customer retention, and risk reduction including claims fraud detection.

Relationships

The role involves regular coordination with internal leadership such as CEO, CFO, sales, shareholders, and with external vendors and consultants as needed, for performance reviews, operating plans, and strategic initiatives.
