Team Manager

Role overview

This position is responsible for guiding multiple sales teams toward company targets for revenue and performance. The role combines planning, hiring, coaching, monitoring, and day-to-day leadership to support sustainable business growth.

What you will do

• Direct, encourage, and oversee Team Leaders and Sales Executives.
• Build sales plans and action steps that support business goals.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop new team members to strengthen the sales organization.
• Track daily activity, sales output, and overall team productivity.
• Run regular team meetings, reviews, and learning sessions.
• Spot growth opportunities and create plans to widen the customer base.
• Make sure company procedures and applicable regulatory requirements are followed.
• Work with senior leadership on planning, forecasting, and business reporting.
• Preserve strong client relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Compile and share sales updates and performance analysis on a periodic basis.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of sales experience, including 2 to 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead sizable teams and deliver against sales goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
• Comfort using MS Office and CRM platforms.
