About the Role

As part of Global Business Services operating under Bank of America in India, the Bid Management team is responsible for designing, delivering, and servicing integrated credit and treasury solutions for over 140,000 clients globally. This varied client base includes small businesses, middle-market enterprises, large corporations, financial institutions, and governments.

This position is within Bid Management in the Global Payments Solutions division, focusing on managing and producing high-quality proposals such as RFIs, RFPs, RFx, ITTs, PQQs, DDQs, and other client questionnaires. These relate to Global Transaction Services areas including Cash and Liquidity Management, Trade Finance, Corporate Cards, and multi-currency clearing for financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and comprehend RFPs and Due Diligence Questionnaires from Large Corporate, Financial Institution, and Middle Market segments.
  • Develop initial drafts of proposals and end-to-end due diligence questionnaires for sales teams and bid managers.
  • Contribute to adding or refining content used in proposals and questionnaires.
  • Coordinate globally across regions (AMRS, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) to support strategic initiatives.
  • Promote continuous process improvement, sharing best practices, and encouraging professional development within the team.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all RFP mandates and Bank policies.
  • Execute deal and monthly closing routines, including deal transitions, tracking wins/losses, and conducting post-deal surveys.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the financial services sector, preferably within Commercial or Corporate Banking.
  • 3-5 years of experience independently managing global and regional deals.
  • Strong expertise in Treasury Management products covering receivables, payables, liquidity, cash management, and foreign exchange tailored to Large Corporate, Financial Institutions, and Middle Market clients.
  • Proven project management abilities with capacity to handle multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent written communication skills capable of crafting precise and focused pitches, with mastery of grammar and writing conventions.
  • Ability to cultivate strong partnerships and influence stakeholders across organizational levels.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365—especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—including creating compelling visuals and graphics.

Working Hours & Location

The role is based in Hyderabad with working hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, requiring flexibility as needed. Weekends off.
