Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Talent Specialist, you will be in charge of recruiting and managing a network of recruitment partners, addressing their staffing needs effectively. You will provide digital recruitment solutions to boost organizational productivity by utilizing a pool of locally upskilled talent. Your daily tasks will cover generating leads, engaging with clients to sell services, managing accounts, executing recruitment campaigns including branding, outreach, networking, shortlisting, and selection until the hiring process is complete.

You will operate under the Talent Head and collaborate closely with colleagues specializing in learning delivery and digital marketing to execute market strategies.

Your focus will be on companies developing digital capabilities in areas such as omnichannel marketing, technology-enabled operations, business intelligence, and secure modern workplaces. Additionally, you will serve digital enterprise sectors offering comprehensive talent solutions like acquisition, contingent workforce management, talent incubation, and development consulting. Providing career advice and development support to candidates alongside matching them to client job requirements is also a key responsibility.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales for infocomm solutions or talent recruitment within the technology sector is required.
• Exposure to technology startups is a plus.
• Possessing a network or familiarity within the technology industry is advantageous.
• Background in recruitment technology with experience in IT domains such as Technology Infrastructure, Data Analytics, and ERP systems is essential.
