Role Overview
We are expanding our Recruitment team and seek a knowledgeable and inquisitive Talent Sourcer to support our growth. This role involves sourcing specialized talent for our QA, Support, Security, and Infrastructure departments, actively contributing to the future success of JetBrains.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and attract top candidates.
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Develop and maintain talent pools and pipelines using diverse sourcing channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate recruitment experience through prompt and clear communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the recruitment system.
- Share insights and market intelligence with recruitment colleagues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing or research.
- Strong advocate for excellent candidate experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and transparently with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Motivated to build enduring relationships with candidates.
- Experienced in creating sourcing strategies for multiple roles across various locations.
- Passionate about finding and engaging outstanding candidates through creative and determined approaches.
- Good understanding of the IT industry or other specialized sectors, with ability to recognize top talent.
- Adept at exploring professional networks and databases resourcefully.
- Proficient in English communication, both internally and externally.
- Experience in global or international recruiting environments, preferably with European market exposure.
- Background in diversity sourcing initiatives.
- Thrives in collaborative and innovative team settings.
