Ditto Mgmt operates as the artist and talent management branch within the independent digital music distributor Ditto Music. The company is dedicated to discovering and developing new talent tailored to contemporary methods of music promotion and audience engagement. Representing a diverse roster including Jordan Stephens, Ants Live, Rizzle Kicks, and Jaguar, the team works closely with artists to establish sustainable careers, strengthen their brand image, and fully leverage digital platforms and live performances.
Role Overview
The Talent Co-Ordinator position is a full-time, on-site role located in the London Area. The coordinator will assist with daily talent management tasks such as scheduling, managing administrative workflows, and maintaining efficient communication among artists, internal departments, and external collaborators. Responsibilities cover organizing meetings, handling correspondences, supporting onboarding for new talent, and assisting with contract and documentation management. The coordinator will track project deliverables, document artist activities, and ensure that talent experiences are seamless across promotional activities, events, and campaigns. Success in this role requires proactive problem-solving, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving creative setting.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, self-motivation, and practical judgment to interact professionally with artists, partners, and brands.
- Skilled in administrative support including scheduling, document management, office coordination, and invoicing.
- Experience or enthusiasm for talent management, particularly supporting artist relations and daily coordination.
- Capable of assisting with new talent onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the artist roster.
- Exceptional organization, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity or interest in working within music, entertainment, or creative industries is advantageous.
- Proficient with standard office software and communication platforms such as email, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
- Relevant academic background or equivalent experience in management, media, music business, or related disciplines is beneficial.
