Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our Human Resources team via the Tamheer Program. This opportunity offers practical exposure to various recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, employer branding, and candidate management, while supporting the organization's hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential candidates by utilizing job portals, social media platforms, career fairs, and professional networks.
- Evaluate resumes and create a shortlist by matching applicants to job criteria.
- Organize interviews, assessments, and maintain communications with candidates throughout the process.
- Contribute to building a pool of qualified talent for current and future vacancies.
- Support the creation of job advertisements, detailed job descriptions, and other recruitment-related content.
- Help facilitate onboarding activities, including gathering required documents and coordinating orientation sessions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Must be eligible and enrolled in the Tamheer Program, meaning no employment within the last six months and not currently registered with GOSI.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit keen attention to detail and effective organizational capabilities.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn HR software tools.
- A keen interest in human resources, talent acquisition, and employee development.
