About The Role
Steve Madden prioritizes recruiting exceptional talent, and this position plays a crucial role in that mission. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will drive the recruitment process, ensuring roles are effectively managed and candidates receive a seamless experience that aligns with the company's brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete requisition workflow in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), from initial creation through necessary approvals.
- Ensure job postings are accurate and consistent across all recruitment platforms.
- Source and screen candidates for entry-level roles throughout the organization.
- Support internal mobility efforts, including facilitating transfers and enhancing visibility of opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to maintain momentum in ongoing recruitment searches.
- Maintain job descriptions and update the recruitment database regularly.
- Coordinate weekly internal job newsletters and oversee the careers inbox management.
- Track employee referral programs and organize reward distributions.
- Assist with recruitment events, career fairs, and support internship programs.
- Lead or participate in special projects aiming to improve talent attraction and hiring processes.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges between 27 and 31 dollars per hour, dependent on various factors including skills, experience, education, and organizational hierarchy.
