Role Overview
You will deliver dedicated administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This position entails assisting Talent Partners, managing group assessment centres for entry-level retail and internship roles, and playing a part in wider talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist three Talent Partners with administrative duties across the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing assistance, job posting, and early CV assessments.
- Arrange and manage interview schedules, communicate with hiring managers and candidates, and coordinate the overall interview process.
- Organise and oversee group assessment centres for retail entry-level and internship roles, including scheduling, candidate interaction, preparation of materials, and logistical coordination.
- Escalate issues or queries to Talent Partners, Hiring Managers, or relevant team members when needed.
- Support Talent Partners in collaborating proactively with HR Business Partners and leadership to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies.
- Conduct recruitment market research to guide approaches for newly opened positions.
Data and Project Management
- Maintain and track recruitment data and talent mapping metrics to improve hiring timelines.
- Participate in talent-focused projects, such as career fairs, internal events, and candidate pooling initiatives.
- Provide administrative assistance for Talent Acquisition training and events, including arrangements, invitations, and material preparation.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Professional command of English in both spoken and written forms.
- Experience with diary management is desirable.
- Working knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate coordination, screening, interviewing, and hiring procedures.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday is advantageous.
- Trustworthy, discreet, highly organized, proactive, and detail-focused.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Open to flexibility and taking on new projects as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, focused on providing a positive candidate experience and effective collaboration.
- Strong ability to leverage social networks for talent engagement.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing scopes.
- Genuine interest in supporting talent acquisition to identify excellent talent and promote the employer brand.
- Team-player with a strong collaborative spirit.
