Systems Engineer

About the Role

Azeus Systems Limited is hiring a Systems Engineer to join its expanding support organization for Azeus Convene, a widely recognized meeting and collaboration platform for boards and leadership teams. The product has reached customers in more than 100 countries and has earned recognition from respected institutions worldwide.

In this role, you will help design and put in place system architectures that support security controls. You will work closely with system administrators and project team members to manage configurations and ensure that the right hardware and software are deployed in a way that is both efficient and cost-conscious for project needs.

Training and Development

The selected candidate will receive intensive hands-on training and mentoring before taking on the core duties below.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare servers with hardening measures and firewall rules, and assist with deploying Azeus applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and KSA cloud.
• Support the rollout of Azeus-built applications at client sites, including server hardening and application security setup.
• Investigate issues related to system integration and determine their causes.
• Troubleshoot server problems, identify root causes, and take immediate corrective steps.
• Develop and apply corrective measures when issues repeat, and put preventive controls in place to avoid recurrence.
• Spot repetitive work and suggest automation tools or methods to streamline those tasks.
• Provide on-call assistance for support incidents.

Additional Information

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and follows a full-time, onsite work arrangement.
