Roles and Opportunities

Swimwerks hires for varied roles including Lifeguards, Swim Coaches / Instructors, Business Development Executives, and Operation Executives. Below is the detailed focus for Swim Coach / Swimming Instructor positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured 'learn to swim' programs suited for pre-schoolers and older students.
• Uphold safety protocols and swimming facility guidelines consistently.
• Plan instructional lessons carefully while maintaining attendance and progression documentation.
• Manage expectations of students and their guardians with professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to proficiently demonstrate Front Crawl, Breaststroke, and Backstroke techniques.
• No mandatory certification required; however, shortlisted candidates will be offered training courses. Preference given to those possessing International Swim Teacher Certifications or NROC Certification.
• Genuine passion for swimming, teaching, and engaging with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities paired with a friendly disposition.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a penchant for accuracy in lesson planning.
• Comfortable and enthusiastic about working outdoors and aquatic environments.
