Technical Requirements

• Qualification in Software Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft .NET for desktop and/or web development.
• Proficiency in full-stack web development, including front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
• Familiarity with mapping libraries such as Leaflet or OpenLayers is advantageous.
• Experience developing web service APIs and working with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, continuous integration/delivery pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks.
• Strong grasp of software development lifecycle concepts, including release management and adherence to coding standards.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies and exposure to both traditional and hybrid project delivery approaches.
• Knowledge of the Public Safety sector is a plus.
• Experience in IT vendor or service management environments is preferred.

Additional Information

• Possibility of domestic travel.
