Technical Requirements
- Qualification in Software Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft .NET for desktop and/or web development.
- Proficiency in full-stack web development, including front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Familiarity with mapping libraries such as Leaflet or OpenLayers is advantageous.
- Experience developing web service APIs and working with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, continuous integration/delivery pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks.
- Strong grasp of software development lifecycle concepts, including release management and adherence to coding standards.
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies and exposure to both traditional and hybrid project delivery approaches.
- Knowledge of the Public Safety sector is a plus.
- Experience in IT vendor or service management environments is preferred.
