About the Role
We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer with proven experience in the automobile sector. The position requires a deep understanding of supplier quality and associated quality standards.
Key Responsiblities & Expertise
- Demonstrated capability in supplier quality engineering within the automotive industry.
- Extensive knowledge and exposure to commodities such as iron castings, aluminum castings, CNC turned components, gears, sintered parts, plastic, and rubber materials.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards for quality management systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Between 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, including process and supplier quality assurance.
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
