Role Overview

Lead and shape Emma's global sourcing network by analyzing and exploring new sourcing regions while fostering and expanding connections with strategic suppliers to strengthen and optimize the supply chain.
Manage significant price negotiations involving multimillion-dollar contracts with key partners, driving efficiency and spearheading major cost-saving initiatives.
Develop extensive knowledge of suppliers and market conditions, understand cost factors by category, and stay updated on industry trends and sourcing markets to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.
Conduct supply chain risk assessments, develop and communicate risk management strategies to minimize disruption and enhance supply resilience.
Promote strategic supplier development via collaboration across teams and external partners, participate actively in product lifecycle decisions, and coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth product launches and transitions.

Candidate Profile

Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, supply chain management, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
Bring more than three years of practical procurement or business experience.
Exhibit strong innovative thinking and excellent business judgment to devise effective solutions for complex challenges.
Have robust analytical capabilities to glean actionable insights from data and adopt a problem-solving approach.
Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills with a strong drive to achieve optimal outcomes.
Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Chinese, German, or Portuguese are advantageous.
Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, proactive in implementation and project leadership, with the ability to identify and maximize supply chain opportunities.
Stay informed and adaptive regarding emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and related innovations, leading change through tech adoption.
