About the Company and Role

This full-time position involves managing inventory, medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and consumables while overseeing warehouse operations to ensure precise stock control, timely distribution, and adherence to healthcare inventory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, verify, and properly store medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and consumables.
  • Maintain precise inventory records utilizing inventory management systems and ERP software.
  • Track stock levels and coordinate timely restocking of medical and non-medical items.
  • Distribute materials, medications, equipment, and consumables to hospital departments based on authorized requests.
  • Perform regular inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and cycle counts to confirm accuracy.
  • Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage requirements for pharmaceutical and medical supplies.
  • Implement and maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expiry, First-Out) inventory methods.

  • Prior experience in roles such as Storekeeper, Hospital Storekeeper, Warehouse Storekeeper, Inventory Controller, Materials Coordinator, Warehouse Assistant, Stock Controller, Stores Officer, or Inventory Coordinator.
  • Exposure to hospitals, healthcare facilities, pharmaceutical companies, medical distributors, or healthcare warehouses is strongly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, stock control, materials management, and procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or other inventory management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
