Role Overview
This walk-in hiring drive is open for Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Department Manager positions for Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir. The role is centered on running store operations efficiently, improving sales performance, ensuring service quality, and managing teams and processes across the retail floor and backend functions.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will oversee store operations, support revenue growth, strengthen customer service delivery, manage teams, and maintain process discipline across the store. The role also includes inventory oversight, shrinkage reduction, expense control, staff training, reporting, and hygiene standards.
Experience & Fit
Suitable candidates should bring strong retail operations exposure, communication ability, and leadership skills. Experience is expected to vary by role: Store Manager requires 8 to 13 years, Assistant Store Manager requires 5 to 8 years, and Department Manager requires 2 to 5 years.
Location & Mobility
The opportunity is for candidates who are ready to work anywhere in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, or Jammu & Kashmir, including relocation if required.
