Role Overview
As the Store Incharge at Cake Lane, you will oversee the daily functioning of the bakery outlet in Bengaluru. This role requires managing the store's opening and closing procedures, supervising cash register operations, and billing processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle opening and closing of the store along with cash register and billing management.
- Maintain inventory by managing stocks of ingredients, packaging materials, and display items efficiently.
- Ensure all food items maintain freshness and comply with hygiene and food safety standards consistently.
- Work closely with the bakery and kitchen teams to coordinate cake orders and guarantee their prompt delivery.
