Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Store Executive to join our team in Kochi, Kerala. This role involves managing inventory orders effectively, ensuring product quality, and preparing items accurately for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and assess customer orders received through the app or system.
• Retrieve inventory items from designated shelves or storage areas according to order specifications.
• Validate product information including SKU, quantities, dimensions, expiry dates, and weights to ensure order accuracy.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections to detect any damages or defects before packaging.
• Securely pack products into suitable containers using protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Label, seal, and ready orders for dispatch, pickup, or delivery with proper documentation.
• Arrange packaging sequence thoughtfully, ensuring cold items are packed last and fragile items receive appropriate cushioning.
