Position Overview
Black Short India Limited is seeking a seasoned State Head to oversee and accelerate business expansion within the state of Madhya Pradesh. This leadership role demands expertise in the liquor industry and comprehensive knowledge of governmental regulations relating to excise.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and manage business growth strategies in Madhya Pradesh.
- Lead sales operations focusing on secondary and tertiary markets.
- Maintain robust relationships and understanding of the State Excise Department regulations.
- Provide sales leadership based on deep market insights.
Required Experience and Skills
- Up to five years of professional experience specifically within the liquor sector.
- Strong familiarity with State Excise Department protocols and procedures.
- Proven competence in handling secondary and tertiary sales channels.
- Extensive market knowledge alongside effective sales leadership capabilities.
