Role Overview
This position involves part-time freelance work as a Hiring Sourcing Partner. The key responsibility is to refer candidates for various blue-collar roles including delivery, warehouse, and retail positions. The company manages subsequent interview processes, offers, and onboarding.

Payment and Tracking
Payment is provided only after the referred candidate completes a minimum of seven days on the job. There is no limit on the number of candidate referrals. Tracking of referrals and payouts is fully transparent and managed through the InstaKaam application.
