Position Summary

The Solution Engineer plays a vital role by delivering expert technical support to clients utilizing Onit's suite of products. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing performance, and enabling a smooth client experience. This position collaborates closely across teams in Engineering, Product Management, Global Support, and Professional Services to provide exceptional solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and configure advanced technical solutions to assist clients, addressing intricate technical inquiries related to Onit's products.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems across the product stack promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure seamless client engagement by resolving technical challenges and supporting ongoing business processes.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments including Engineering, Product Management, Global Support, and Professional Services to fully resolve client concerns and contribute to product improvements.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate them to development teams to enhance product robustness and reduce future support needs.
  • Advise clients technically by providing insights and recommendations to maximize the use of Onit’s solutions for their business objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Knowledge of Python in software development and support contexts.
  • Experience with SaaS implementation and integration processes.
