Solar Technician

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Solar Technician based in Delhi-NCR to lead and manage installation teams for solar projects, ensuring high-quality execution and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the installation team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Carry out installations following the approved site plans and Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere strictly to safety regulations.
• Engage directly with customers to address and resolve on-site issues.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians to build team capability.
• Keep detailed daily records including work reports, site photographs, and material inventories.
• Assist in the testing, commissioning, and final handover process of projects.
