Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will spearhead VIEVE’s social media strategy, responsible for brand visibility, audience engagement, and follower growth across key platforms. This role combines creativity and analytics to optimize content that resonates and converts followers into loyal customers. Reporting to the Senior Community & Social Manager, the position requires close collaboration across marketing, creative, e-commerce, commercial, customer service, and PR teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain expertise and monitor emerging trends, platform features, cultural moments, and competitor activities to inform social strategies.
• Translate insights into engaging organic social content and strategize posting cadences tailored to each platform’s native style.
• Coordinate with paid social teams to align messaging and maximize campaign impact.
• Lead content planning, scheduling, and publishing on all VIEVE social channels, ensuring timely and accurate posts following best practices.
• Manage content calendars and oversee briefing of content creators and copywriters.
• Leverage user-generated content and creator collaborations to enhance authenticity and engagement.
• Continuously analyze social KPIs, providing actionable reports and adjusting strategies for optimal performance.
• Serve as a role model by embodying VIEVE’s values and contributing to a positive, inclusive team environment.

• Available to work onsite in London at least twice weekly.
