Position Overview

This full-time role based in Bonn or remotely involves managing social media channels with a proactive approach to trends, collaborating closely with the content production team to create engaging formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning editorial calendars and shaping content strategies for several clients simultaneously.
• Designing and producing Reels, Stories, and Posts, working closely with the video production team.
• Managing communities authentically with a unique voice rather than generic responses.
• Delivering insightful platform reporting that goes beyond basic screenshots.

Candidate Profile

• Proven background in social media management, preferably within an agency environment.
• Ability to grasp brand tone and platform-specific nuances.
• Enjoyment of fast-paced cycles, shooting days, and rapid experimentation.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
