Role overview
Kilocare is looking for a nimble, detail-oriented content creator to manage daily output across Instagram and YouTube. The focus of this role is to transform real doctors' clinical guidance into short, credible, visually polished content. The work is video-led, with design support as a second priority.
You will coordinate real-world shoots and then turn that footage into a full month of short-form content using design and AI tools. The emphasis is on strong execution, polished craft, and consistent on-time delivery.
Compensation: ₹35,000–40,000 per month, plus ESOPs worth up to ₹50,000 depending on experience and output.
What you will be responsible for
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts using doctor talking-head clips, patient stories, and educational brand footage, with an attention-grabbing opening within the first 2 seconds.
- Create static social posts and carousels aligned with the brand's visual system.
- Develop hooks and captions that encourage people to stop scrolling.
- Keep content aligned to the publishing plan and deliver around 20–30 short videos and 15–20 static posts each month.
What the company is looking for
- Someone who is first and foremost skilled in short-form video editing, with strong working knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- A creator who can also design well; Canva is required, and motion design experience is a plus.
- A portfolio of Reels or Shorts that has generated actual views, with performance numbers included.
- A person who works quickly, can be trusted to deliver reliably, stays current with trends, and manages their own schedule with minimal oversight.
- Someone comfortable producing healthcare-related content while following the compliance rules and review process provided by the team.
- No medical background is required, since scripts will be provided and all content will be approved internally.
Preferred experience
- Motion graphics skills.
- Previous work with creators or brands in health, fitness, wellness, or beauty.
