Your Role and Impact

• Design and implement social media campaigns that captivate audiences and generate tangible results.
• Develop and nurture strong client partnerships through clear communication and dependable delivery.
• Contribute to shaping social media strategies and support pitch material preparation.
• Analyze campaign performance by extracting data, creating reports, and presenting insights to both internal teams and clients.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule by setting achievable timelines, tracking milestones, and identifying risks early.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors, bringing back valuable insights to inform strategies.
• Independently handle operational project tasks including briefings, planning, and status tracking.
• Facilitate client meetings such as kick-offs, progress updates, and reviews, supporting both strategic and operational activities.

Candidate Profile

Required Experience and Skills

• At least three years’ experience in social media roles, preferably within fast-paced agency settings.
• Proficient in managing organic social media channels.
• Experience with paid media campaigns.
• Fluency in German and English languages.
• Strong analytical abilities and organizational skills to transform data into actionable campaign improvements.
• Comfortable navigating multiple social platforms, staying updated on current content formats and tools.
