Job Overview
We are seeking a Skilled Fabricator / Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fabrication, fitting, and assembly operations, ensuring all work meets technical and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute fabrication, fitting, assembly, and installation tasks according to technical guidelines.
- Interpret and work from basic drawings, dimensions, and specifications related to fabrication.
- Perform cutting, grinding, drilling, fitting, and other workshop activities accurately.
- Ensure precise alignment, dimensional accuracy, and quality of fabricated parts.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols in both workshop and site environments.
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment used in fabrication processes.
- Undertake additional fabrication and fitting duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in fabrication and fitting.
- Strong practical understanding of various fabrication and fitting tasks.
- Physically capable of working in workshop and onsite conditions.
- Available to work 9 hours daily, six days a week.
Compensation and Work Schedule
The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging from INR 25,000 to 30,000. The work schedule is nine hours per day for six days weekly.
