Role Overview

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to architect, deploy, and manage the infrastructure that supports AI Co-Workers. This is a practical, hands-on position involving complete ownership of system reliability while collaborating closely with product teams, AI specialists, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and sustain dependable production infrastructure catering to AI Co-Workers.
  • Manage Kubernetes platforms utilized for deploying and operating AI workloads.
  • Create and maintain infrastructure via code using Terraform.
  • Develop and uphold Helm-based deployment pipelines.
  • Enhance system observability including monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.
  • Collaborate intimately with engineering teams to guarantee system resilience, scalability, and security.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Practical expertise with Kubernetes platforms such as EKS, AKS, GKE, or self-managed Kubernetes environments.
  • Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure automation and provisioning.
  • Experienced with Helm for deploying applications on Kubernetes.
  • Working knowledge of at least two programming or scripting languages like Python, Go, Java, Bash, PowerShell, or Ruby.
  • Excellent communication skills capable of conducting detailed technical discussions and adapting communication for leadership audiences.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with structured software development lifecycles, including CI/CD pipelines, release management, and full delivery cycles from planning through operations.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud service provider—AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of ArgoCD or GitOps workflows for deployment automation.
  • A minimum of five years in relevant professional roles.
  • Experience in DevOps practices encompassing CI/CD processes, infrastructure automation, and security integrations.

Desirable Credentials

  • Certifications like CKA, CKAD, cloud platform certifications, DevOps, DevSecOps, or relevant programming qualifications.
