Role Overview

The Shipper/Receiver will manage the logistics involved in receiving, processing, and storing inventory in alignment with purchase orders and company policies. The role requires the ability to work independently, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and adapt seamlessly to a dynamic workplace.

This position is an existing opening with a salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 per year, plus profit sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and completely pick, pack, and load orders
• Adhere to safety policies outlined by Noble and comply with Ontario Health and Safety regulations, including daily preventative maintenance of forklifts
• Operate material handling equipment safely
• Maintain clean and safe working areas within the profit centre
• Support additional profit centre operations as needed

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management and planning capabilities
• Physical ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a warehouse setting
• Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC products
