Role Overview

We are seeking confident and motivated Shift Leaders to guide team operations during shifts, maintain smooth service, and ensure top-notch guest experiences. This role involves inspiring the team, managing daily activities efficiently, and upholding quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. Both seasoned leaders and team members ready to advance are encouraged to apply and grow within a company that invests in employee development.

Key Responsibilities

• Championing the El Jannah way while supporting the team through service periods
• Managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and flow
• Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their confidence and skills
• Ensuring consistently excellent, guest-centered service
• Assisting with staff rostering and shift coordination
• Driving performance aligned with restaurant objectives and key performance indicators
• Maintaining strict compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and workplace health and safety standards
• Monitoring and managing stock levels to ensure seamless kitchen and service operations

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in leading teams within quick service restaurants or fast-paced hospitality environments
• A calm and confident leadership approach that motivates and energizes team members
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a collaborative, team-focused attitude
• A strong passion for food, hospitality, and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Dependability, organizational skills, and the ability to lead by example
• Goal-oriented with a drive for performance and successful restaurant outcomes
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
