Job description
Overview
Join Unyte's Maintenance team in Brendale, Queensland as a Servicing Coordinator responsible for ensuring that plant, equipment, and materials are properly serviced, compliant, and ready to support ongoing projects. The role operates Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm.

Responsibilities
- Arrange and schedule servicing, repairs, and inspections for all plant and equipment
- Monitor pre-start data, OEM maintenance platforms, and related information to anticipate service requirements
- Handle breakdowns, identify defects, and manage repair requests ensuring timely follow-up
- Coordinate with suppliers, workshops, site supervisors, and project teams on equipment availability and repair timelines
- Keep precise records of asset maintenance, service history, defect registers, and relevant documentation
- Manage processing of work orders and update internal maintenance tracking systems
- Control the removal of faulty equipment and ensure proper corrective actions
- Track warranties, registrations, servicing schedules, and compliance documentation
- Communicate updates regarding breakdowns and servicing to enable operations teams in planning
- Ensure that maintenance activities comply with HSEQ and company safety policies
Candidate Profile
- Strong organisational ability with a proactive approach to work in fast-paced maintenance or construction settings
- Prior experience in coordinating maintenance for plant, fleet, equipment, or assets
- Demonstrated skills in scheduling and managing repairs, servicing, and defect resolution
- Excellent communication skills capable of liaising confidently with suppliers, workshops, and site teams
- Highly attentive to detail with accurate administrative capabilities
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work with urgency
- A solutions-oriented mindset focused on troubleshooting and expediting resolutions
- A firm commitment to safety standards and compliance
- Background in civil construction, infrastructure, plant hire, transport, fleet, or heavy equipment industries is advantageous
