Role Overview
Are you a collaborative professional driven to deliver exceptional client support? We seek a Service Line Specialist to assist private bankers (Client Advisors) in Singapore by managing trading orders and addressing client inquiries related to accounts and stock transactions. You will stay informed on market trends and financial instruments while working closely with execution teams to ensure optimal trading execution and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Client Advisors by executing trading orders with clients efficiently
- Serve as the primary contact point for clients regarding account questions and stock orders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about market developments and various financial products
- Coordinate with execution desks to guarantee best execution standards
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an assistant relationship manager or in private banking support roles
- Possession of a university degree or equivalent from a higher education institute
- Valid CACS Papers 1 and 2 certification required for licensing
- Experience in financial services, preferably with client-facing exposure
- Exceptional attention to detail even in high-pressure situations
- Strong team orientation, maintaining composure while handling multiple priorities
- Demonstrates discretion, tact, and adaptability to evolving requirements
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin or Bahasa is beneficial for regional client interaction
- Keen interest in leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance workflow efficiency, applying sound judgment to validate outputs and adhering to policies, risk, and ethical standards
