Role overview
This is a permanent full-time driving and customer delivery role based in Cork City. The workday begins and ends at your home, and you will travel to customer sites to provide scheduled services, resolve issues on the spot, and support the delivery, installation, collection, and exchange of products and units. The position includes a starting salary of €29,350 with an on-target earnings figure of €32,500.
What you will do
- Complete customer service visits and deliveries in a professional, courteous manner.
- Keep service management informed with timely updates, feedback, and relevant customer information.
- Make sure the stock and service items provided are the right fit for each customer’s needs.
- Help shape route plans for newly added customer service needs.
- Follow company health and safety standards at all times.
- Work to ensure customer expectations are consistently met or surpassed.
- Look for opportunities to generate additional sales where appropriate and support company performance targets.
