Position Overview

As a Service Detailer, you will be responsible for the comprehensive cleaning and detailing of customer and service vehicles to meet both OEM and dealership standards. This role ensures vehicles are impeccably presented following any maintenance or repair, elevating the overall customer service experience.

Key Duties

• Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors, including washing, vacuuming, surface and window wiping, and debris removal.
• Perform detailed tasks such as polishing, waxing, carpet shampooing, and applying suitable cleaning products and techniques.
• Inspect vehicles pre- and post-detailing to verify quality standards are met.
• Keep the wash bay and detailing station orderly, safe, and clean at all times.
• Assist with relocating vehicles between service areas, parking, and customer pickup zones.
• Adhere to all procedures for respectful and professional handling of customer vehicles.
• Report any observed vehicle damage or issues promptly to Service Advisors or management.
• Operate detailing tools and chemicals safely and properly.
• Support the Service Department with related tasks, such as lot organization and vehicle preparation as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail focused on cleanliness and quality outputs.
• Capability to efficiently manage multiple vehicles in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication and a cooperative, team-player mindset.
• Ability to safely drive dealership sedans, SUVs, and trucks.
• Dependability and a strong professional work ethic.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Readiness to work in various weather conditions during vehicle movement duties.

Additional Information

Salary range for this role is CAD 19 to CAD 21 per hour.
