About the Role
We are pioneering an AI-driven Infrastructure & Reliability division where autonomous agents manage incident analysis, root cause assessments, change validations, and automated resolution of production challenges. We seek a Senior Vice President to spearhead this innovation, overseeing platform dependability for enterprise clientele while establishing a forward-looking AI operational framework for infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee uptime, system reliability, mean time to repair, and enhance customer experience across a large SaaS platform.
- Lead a senior, globally distributed team comprising Infrastructure, Platform, and Reliability engineers.
- Architect and refine AI agents dedicated to incident handling, automatic remediation, validation of changes, and operational task automation.
- Maintain a hands-on approach by developing code, advancing AI agent capabilities, and managing critical customer incidents.
- Collaborate closely with enterprise customers, engineering leadership, and the CEO during high-impact events.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations, or Reliability sectors.
- At least 3 years serving as an SVP, VP, or Head of Engineering.
- Documented success in managing enterprise SaaS environments hosted on AWS.
- Technical leader who actively writes production-level code.
- Experience in developing or directing AI-powered operations, AIOps, or autonomous infrastructure solutions.
- Frequent user of contemporary AI engineering tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalents.
- Excellent executive communication abilities and fluency in English.
