About the Role

As a Senior Tax Staff in the Global Compliance and Reporting Group, you will help shape your career while tackling significant taxation challenges. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in a mix of corporate tax compliance and structured learning experiences.
  • Gain hands-on experience with tax compliance, accrual reviews, income tax provision calculations, and tax planning.
  • Focus on core client tax issues while ensuring tax strategies align with business goals.

  • Understand and apply complex tax concepts effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on accounting, finance, or related field; Master’s degree or recognized accounting designation preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ relevant Canadian corporate tax experience or equivalent industry experience.
  • Broad knowledge of corporate income taxation and electronic tax research tools.
  • Strong managerial, organizational, and communication skills.
