• Assist in creating presentations and supporting marketing materials.
• Manage documentation tasks such as invoicing and filing related to sales.
• Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability aligns with sales activities.
